Double room in lovely East Dulwich flatshare

Hey everyone! I'm going to be subletting a lovely double room in my beautiful East Dulwich flat that I share with my lovely friend Emily.

The flat is a beautiful, open plan, ground floor flat with a garden, enclosed patio and great kitchen/living room for cooking and chilling out. We're right on a bus stop with only a few stops to East Dulwich and Forest Hill OG for train, otherwise buses that go direct to Victoria, Tottenham Court Road or Farringdon via Oval, Elephant and Castle and Vauxhall for tube. There's also free on street parking if you have a car. The area is lovely, safe and quiet with so much nearby to enjoy. It really is a gem of an area!

It’s a cosy double room, with enough room for a double bed plus a wardrobe or chest of drawers, and you would also have access to additional clothes storage in a wardrobe in the main living room. The room can come either unfurnished or partially furnished depending on the preference of the subtenant.

It’s £750 per month plus bills incl council tax (usually around £130 total bills a month) and I'm looking for someone to move in from mid-June when our current flatmate Char is moving in to her new home with her lovely partner Paddy! We're gutted to be saying goodbye to them as flatmates, but so happy they're taking the exciting next step in buying a flat as a couple!

We’re an LGBTQ+ friendly household. I work in children's theatre, and Em works as a researcher and lecturer. We love hanging out together doing fun things, watching a fun movie or telly together or having a good chit chat! We also have our own lives, and give each other space too. 😃

We're both clean and tidy and are looking for someone who's also clean respectful and tidy who will help us to look after our lovely flat together so its enjoyable and pleasant for everyone!
