I have a very friendly cat called Bagheera who loves affection.

We don’t smoke within the property.

Easy access to public transport, train stations such as Forest Hill, East Dulwich and Denmark Hill.

Loads of local restaurants and pubs to choose from.

Me and my boyfriend of 3 years live within the property, it’s been my family home since before I was born and planning to redecorate it this year. The garden has a lot of potential but needs some TLC when we get some sunshine this year.

I am looking for a flat mate or couple due to my friend moving to his own property. We lived together for four years.
