Hello! hoping to find someone to sublet my room starting as soon as possible until end of February, with possible extension to mid-March, in East Dulwich, near Lordship Lane.

it’s a three bedroom, 2 bathroom flat (1st floor bathroom is more or less the en-suite for the room being rented though it is still shared with the flatmates), the room comes fully furnished, it’s very cosy and looks over the back garden. The living room gets an amazing amount of sunlight even in the winter and is where we spend most of our time, the kitchen, which leads out to the garden, is quite spacious so the three of us are often able to cook at the same time. The entire space has been furnished by us so we do try our best to take care of everything as it does have some sentimental value to us!

the house is shared with two other girls Beth and Sakina who are professionals in the creative and health/wellness fields. They’re both welcoming and social, in a we can chat away over a cup of tea way. We’ve really made our house into a home and put a lot of care into it, and we’re hoping to find someone who would become a part of that and treat it the same way.

the house is up the (slight) hill from the high street, which is about a 10 minute walk, with loads of lovely little shops, cafes and pubs- there’s also a comfy pub called the Castle right on the corner of the street, not even a minute away. The room faces the garden, so luckily you never hear a peep during the night. It’s a 15-20 minute walk to East Dulwich station, which goes to London Bridge and about a 10 minute bus ride to either Peckham Rye station and Forest Hill station. East Dulwich itself is a really lovely area, there’s quite a lot of young families but also a good mix of younger people too, and very close to Peckham and Camberwell. There’s a flea market every Saturday along North Cross Road. There’s also a big Sainsburys at the end of the high street towards Dog Kennel Hill, as well as a Sainsbury’s local up the street.

looking for an initial 1-2 month sublet as soon as possible, I am currently waiting for my visa so there will be possible extension until mid or end of March.

The rent is £800 pm and £30 for household subscriptions (this includes tv license, loo roll subscription and a smol subscription), as it’s a short sublet, I’m not charging for bills.
There’s no deposit required!

Looking forward to hearing from you xx
