We have two large double-bedrooms available in a spacious house in East Dulwich! The location is excellent - 5 mins walk to East Dulwich station, or a short bus ride to Brixton from right outside the house.

There's a garden, a living room and even a room with a grand piano! Two bathrooms as well - you'll be sharing with two other people, including me - I'm a 36 year old Chiropractor. I've lived here for 3 years and it's a great, homely set-up.

Rooms come with beds and some furniture such as wardrobes and chest of drawers.

All bills are included! As you'll technically be renting by the room from the landlord (rather than collectively renting the property as a whole) Council Tax will be his responsibility. He'll want to meet you to finalise the decision once I've chosen someone - this will be a formality though. You'll only be responsible for the rent of your own room.
