We have a big double room available from 5th April 2025 in a lovely home in East Dulwich! The room is £850 per month (excluding bills)

There's a cosy living room and separate open plan kitchen/dining room, opening onto a big garden. We’re in a good spot just round the corner from Lordship Lane, a short walk from Peckham Rye park, 10 mins from East Dulwich Station and 20 mins from both Peckham Rye and Denmark Hill stations.

We are looking for friendly, clean, and considerate housemates, who will help with making the house homely. The house is currently 2 girls and 1 guy looking for someone 27-33. The house is perfect for those who are up for sharing meals, enjoying lazy times around the house and in the beautiful garden. You would be sharing with three working professionals all in their early thirties.

Most of the furniture is staying - but belongings will be removed. The landlord has furniture if needed and can also remove furniture if you have your own.

Tenancy type/referencing: There is a private landlord and each room will have individual tenancy contracts with him. There are no formal referencing process or income checks.

Professionals preferred, students considered.
