Hi!
We have a small double room becoming available as our current flatmate is moving out with her partner.
Preferably female, as we'd ideally like to keep the balance in the house the same.
THE ROOM
Room is furnished with a double bed, bed side cabinet, drawers, wardrobe and bookcase. Desk and chair are not included.
Rent is £580 pcm with some bills included (council tax, wifi, water) other bills are payed every 3 months or so and depends on the usage and season (£40-£100).
THE HOUSE
The house has a large spacious living room, separate toilet and bathroom, and a kitchen with everything you need.
You’ll be sharing with 3 other working professionals all 30yo, we’re all friendly, easy going, easy to get along with.
THE AREA
The house is located just a stones throw from Peckham rye park, 10 mins walk from Peckham rye station, 5 mins from lordship lane high street.
