Cozy East Dulwich Double Bedroom

hi there, I’m khal & I’ll be moving on the 1st of may until I have a new tenant to take my tenancy agreement.

some details about the house & housemates; two are students whilst the other two work in editing & design.

everybody in the house are already pals or friends of’s & so although we all love our own personal space & comfort we also do like to share just a little bit of time together in the living room, or head to the pub, generally socialising ever so slightly.
i guess the idea is that it’s important to know who your flatmates are!

about the room, it has everything you practically need - a bed & closet for when you move into a new place. in regards to the finances, unfortunately it’d not bills included however on average our bills are in between £50/£60.

how the deposit would work is; 1 month of rent (£800) & 4 weeks worth rent (£630.86).
