The Room:
The room is a small double (the smaller room on the floor plan) and comes with a double bed frame and a small wardrobe. It’s bright and comfortable, and would suit someone looking for a nice base in a great area.
Rent is £905 per month, with bills not included.

The Flatmate:
You’d be sharing with me (38, Irish). I work full-time in a West End theatre. I’m pretty easy-going! Happy to have the occasional movie night or glass of wine, but also really respect personal space and a nice home environment.

Looking for someone friendly, tidy and respectful.

The Apartment:
The flat is in a small, quiet complex with lovely neighbours.

It’s mostly furnished and has a homely, cosy feel. When my current housemate moves out a couple of smaller bits of furniture might need replacing, but the main setup will stay the same. I've lived with my current housemate for 3.5 years (she's now moving in with her partner) so it's a really nice and stable place to live 😊

There’s also a car park attached to the building, which is a big bonus if you drive.

A couple of the photos are from the original listing when we first moved in. The layout is the same, but the bathroom now has a large shower rather than a bath, and we have a sofa in the living area instead of the two armchairs
