Double room available for short or long term from beginning of April. Recently moved in and renovating the property slowly. The room (and house) is tidy, warm and bright but tired hence the price.

Top floor flat with steep stairs.

Shared bathroom/kitchen and dining room as well as very sunny garden.

Short walk to Lordship Lane/Dulwich Park/Peckham Rye Park.

Excellent connections to London from Peckham Rye. Also East/North and West Dulwich close.

I vape indoors and do not mind another person doing so. No smoking.

Parking available if you can find a spot.

Must be working or student.

Will organise new mattress and chest of drawers or desk, has inbuilt cupboard in the room.
