We are 4 professionals (an accountant, a product manager, a two freelance creatives). If you are looking for a home, and not just a house share, this is for you! We are also a queer friendly household!
Our home is sociable and tidy, we like to have occasional drinks and meals together but are respectful of each other's own space, lifestyles & commitments.
The room itself is south facing, overlooks our lovely garden, has high ceilings and lots of natural light. It’s on the ground floor and has French doors leading to the garden. There is no access to the garden from the front of the house so it’s very safe.
The property is a large 3 story townhouse on a quiet street just off Lordship Lane in East Dulwich, close to very good transport links, including trains and 24 hour buses. We have several lovely parks nearby; great pubs, restaurants, shops and a cinema.
The rent includes Council Tax, however, you should budget an extra £50-60 per month for the utility bills.
