A bright, spacious double room is becoming available in our cosy, well-connected flat in the heart of East Dulwich.

The room itself is generously sized, with plenty of natural light, underbed storage, a desk, and a large wardrobe (currently mine, but I’ll be discussing with the landlord about leaving it). The curtains are also mine, so there’s the option to purchase those along with any other furniture (including the desk stool) if you’d like the room fully set up and ready to go.

The flat is peaceful and homely, with a good-sized kitchen, a separate toilet, and an additional bathroom with a shower and sink - so no morning queues.

Location-wise, it’s hard to beat: just a 5-minute walk to East Dulwich station and around 7 minutes to Denmark Hill, making it ideal for commuting. You’re also only a short stroll (8 minutes) from Lordship Lane - one of the best streets in the area, packed with great coffee shops, restaurants, independent shops, and a lovely Saturday market. Goose Green park is right there too. There’s also a Sainsbury’s directly opposite the flat, making day-to-day life very easy.

You’ll be living with two friendly, sociable girls in their mid-to-late 20s. It’s very much a relaxed, homey environment where everyone gets on well and respects each other’s space.

The room is £884 per month, with bills (including council tax) coming to approximately £100 per month.

This flat is best suited to working professionals (no students, sorry).

I’m only moving out due to a new job and wanting to be slightly closer to Lordship Lane - otherwise I’d happily stay!
