The room is a small double, with a large wardrobe and plenty of natural light. The flat is peaceful and homely, with a good-sized kitchen, a separate toilet and an additional bathroom with a shower and sink - so no morning queues. Most furnishings across the flat won't be staying, but if you'd like to keep anything we can have a chat.
Location-wise, it's hard to beat: less than a 5-minute walk to East Dulwich station and around 7 minutes to Denmark Hill, making it ideal for commuting. You're also only a short stroll (8 minutes) from Lordship Lane — one of the best streets in the area, packed with great coffee shops, restaurants, independent shops, and a lovely Saturday market. Sainsbury’s and M&S are both within a 5-minute walk.
You'll be living with two friendly, sociable girls in their mid-to-late 20s. It's very much a relaxed, homey environment where everyone gets on well and respects each other’s space.
The room is £840 per month, with bills (including council tax) coming to approximately £100 per month.
This flat is best suited to working professionals (no students, sorry).
