Single Room Available at SE22

Hello! I am looking for a replacement housemate as the current one will be leaving end of July. Property is a 2-bedroom house and room (furnished) available is for single occupancy. Amenities include shared living area, kitchen, and bathroom. Car parking is available and we also have a back garden. Location is near East Dulwich Station and walking distance to Sainsbury. It is also suitable for those working at King’s College Hospital. Neighbourhood is a quiet area and family-friendly.

Monthly rent with bills: £1220
This December, my husband will be joining me here in the UK, so the rent will be divided into 3. So December onwards, it will be £815 bills included.

I work at King’s College Hospital so I do shift work and i mostly stay in my room, so i won’t bother you too much. But i am happy to join you for a chat or to roam around London or visit cafes during my day offs. I am looking for somebody who is tidy and respectful especially with noise (not fond of very loud noises) due to my shift schedule.
