Available from June but I’m flexible. I’m moving out, and my lovely attic room in a gorgeous end of terrace mews house is up for grabs. Located in a Mews, SE22 0ED, the house is tucked away on a quiet, charming street.

The property is a full house with loads of space: a large living room, a big kitchen, and a great garden with a patio and barbecue, perfect for summer. There’s also plenty of storage both inside and outside.

The room itself is a really unique attic conversion at the top of the house, with its own staircase and door, so it feels very private. There’s space for a double bed, desk, wardrobe, and a chill out area.

You’ll be sharing with two professional guys in their early 30s, one works in property, the other in finance. It’s a three bathroom house, and you’ll only be sharing a bathroom with one of them, who’s very clean and easygoing.

Rent is £933 per month, excluding bills (approx. £120/month).
