2 Double bedrooms Available in Dulwich inc Bills

We have two spacious double bedrooms available from March 1st but we can make arrangements to make it available sooner.

We are also open to short term lets.

The atmosphere in the house is laid back, we’re looking forward to meeting new potential house mates.

Some of the things that we enjoy are cooking, watching movies, listening to music and drinking the occasional glass of wine.

There are 3 bathrooms including one wet room and two Spacious living rooms.

Bills are included: gas, electric, council tax, Internet, TV license etc...

Every week we have two cleaners who come and clean the communal areas of the house (NO extra charge)

Big garden, ideal for BBQ's.

NO HIDDEN AGENCY OR HOUSING FEES

The surrounding area is very nice, with lots of shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants and green spaces.

There are excellent transport links: - 10 mins walk to East Dulwich or Peckham Rye rail stations and then 10 mins journey to London Bridge, Victoria or Blackfriars.

Lots of regular bus routes all over London with two different bus stops a few minutes walk from the house which takes you into central London. Plenty of night bus options as well - Convenient bike routes into town too.
