The pictures really don't do this place justice... this is an amazing and spacious flat, over split levels, with a huge double room available from 9th July.

If you like the flat and the area but can't afford the higher rent there is the possibility that I could switch to the bigger room. The smaller, but still a good size, room is £775 per month. I can send pictures of this if you are interested.

Looking out onto the leafy Goose Green, seconds from Lordship Lane and all the great pubs, cafes and shops East Dulwich has to offer, a 10 minute walk to Peckham with great transport links.

East Dulwich station is a 5 minute walk which gets you to London Bridge in 15 minutes. The overground from Peckham Rye or mainline from Denmark Hill are both 10 minutes walk away. Major bus routes are on our door step.

The flat has a large separate living room, which is light and airy. The kitchen is a good size with a dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer. The bathroom is also a good size with a nice bath and decent shower.

My flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend so I'm hoping I can find someone to share this amazing place with. The flat is managed by an agency so there will be fees of £160 for reference checks and contract set up. Bills are not included in the rent but are roughly £150 per month each, including broadband. The room is available to couples but they must be married due to a licensing requirement.

I'm 32 and work in the city as a Business Analyst. I’m a laid back housemate who likes to live in a tidy and well-kept flat.

I enjoy the usual stuff, seeing friends, meals out, cinema, and have recently got into yoga, running and the occasional gym session.

Weekends usually involve being out and about in London, with the occasional night out, but this is definitely not a party flat. I’d be up for hanging out together as well as having our own space.

The flat is unfurnished, so you get to furnish your room how you'd like it. My current flatmate owns most of the furniture in the lounge so I’ll be replacing that, or could move in lounge furniture if you have some.
