[3/4 MONTH LET] Bright double room in East Dulwich

We're 3 ladies looking for a short-term tenant to join us in our lovely house in East Dulwich from the end of September to December/January.

The room available in our Victorian terraced house is a double room (3m x 3.5m) on the 1st floor with views over our garden. We have a shared living room, dining room and kitchen where we like to chill and chat over dinner or a film.

Location: On a really nice residential road just off Lordship lane. Lots going on right on your doorstep including an independent cinema at the end of the road, several gyms and parks within walking distance as well as lots of great local pubs and restaurants. East Dulwich is a fantastic area if you don't know it already - nice and safe but with a buzz.

Transport: Buses go every few minutes from the end of the road to East Dulwich and Denmark Hill stations from where you can get anywhere in London easily. In fact you can get 24hr buses all the way from Leicester Square, the Strand, Victoria and Waterloo stations and be dropped off at the end of the road which is pretty convenient.

Sharing with: one couple and 2 other lovely ladies who are all very friendly people and know each other from university. All work full time and are out a lot, however it's a sociable house - there's a lot of chatting that goes on in the kitchen as well as the odd film and wine or dinner night in together.

The house: is pretty large and has a separate sitting room, dining room and kitchen, 2 toilets, bathroom and garden as well as on-street parking at the front. A cleaner comes on a bi-weekly basis to cover the communal areas.
