You would be sharing with 1 other person - a friendly professional male in his early 40's who is happy sharing with either male or female, is very easygoing, friendly and clean and tidy but not obsessively so!

Great location - 3 minutes walk to bus stop (12, 63, 363 & 197) easily accessing Peckham, East Dulwich, Forest Hill, Nunhead and beyond. Peckham Rye station is a 4-5 min bus ride away (10-12 minute walk) and the centre of East Dulwich is about a 10 minute walk. Peckham Rye Park is just across the road plus you have access to the large private garden within the square (residents only). Parking isn't a problem and is free.

I have lived in this flat for 5 years now and have been very happy and am only moving as I'm buying. The building comprises of 6 flats all of whom are very friendly and respectful. I will be sad to leave as I love the flat and the area has so much to offer. It's really close to Peckham and East Dulwich and all the bars, restaurants, nightlife, arty stuff etc, plus all the open green spaces that surround the area. It's perfect for commuters to get into London Bridge (southern), Shoreditch/City (overground) and there are loads of 24 hour bus routes.

The rent is £700 per calendar month plus bills (£105-£110pcm)
Deposit is £571.

I am looking to vacate early December, so will be looking for someone to move in for then.
