Peaceful double with own bathroom in homely flat

Looking for a flatmate in my lovely flat- it’s been great to share and the flat has tonnes of space and three bathrooms which make sharing easy !

Lovely bright double room with double built-in wardrobes, bed and chest of drawers. Has its own bathroom, recently installed. The whole flat has been recently refurbed and is bright, spacious and homely. Each bedroom is on its own floor so is quite private- you don’t open your door into someone coming out of their bedroom! There is a further bedroom and study on the top floor which I use when I visit a few times a year- so most of the time you would be sharing with just one other professional female. The flat has a lovely large living room and large eat-in kitchen. I am pretty relaxed and good at sharing, but having our own bathrooms is a massive bonus! It's a great location - bus stop outside the flat gets to Peckham Rye station in about 8-10 mins, and Peckham Rye and Dulwich parks are at each end of the road. Peckham and Lordship lane are great for evenings out/ weekend pottering/ cultural offerings! The price includes all bills ( including an amount which normally covers energy). As female sharers we prefer a female housemate - thank you for your understanding 😀
