A lovely three/four bed apartment in a Victorian town house in East Dulwich near the park, buses and ten minutes bus ride away from trains. The apartment comprises 3 double bedrooms and a small single that we use as a study/utility room/spare room, a kitchen, lounge, bathroom, and extra toilet. It’s arranged over four floors and is very light and roomy. It’s conveniently located three minutes from a bus stop to central London, ten minutes’ walk from the boutiques and bakeries of Lordship Lane and ten to fifteen minutes from three railway stations so you can be at London Bridge, Victoria, Clapham Junction or Dalston within half an hour. It’s also three minutes‘ walk from Peckham Rye Common and its beautiful green spaces. The room available is unfurnished.
We are two women who work in central/South West London - one of us is working from home at the moment. We are both quite busy and sociable, we enjoy baking, watching TV and being involved in our local church. We love the local area and have lots of friends nearby. As we are both quite busy we make sure we arrange house dinners to catch up with each other. Our third housemate is buying a flat so we would love to find someone to come and share our lovely home.
