- The room: Average size, bright, and furnished (please note that the bed is inflatable - you can bring your own if you want, or discuss for a new bed to be provided; subject to arrangements). The flat is quiet and clean.

- Flatmates: You will be sharing with an early-30s professional female.

- Location: Finchley is a peaceful neighbourhood with supermarkets just 3–5 minutes away from the property, plenty of bus stops, a small park, and a few pubs. Very easy access to the Underground with just 15 minutes to Central London.

Ideal flatmate:
- Working professional or mature individual
- Clean, respectful, and not looking for a party environment

Rent & deposit: £850 for deposit, and the rent is £950–£1000/month with all bills and Wi-Fi included

Minimum stay: 6 months (short-term lets can be considered, although not ideal)
