Room to sublet in East Finchley North London!

Me (35) and my partner (40, both creatives 😊 ) are looking to sublet our spare room in London.

Please note we’re not accepting couples (sorry).

We have....Now TV, BT Sport, Apple TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ & a cleaner every other week. Good eh!
The house is a lovely walk to Hampstead Heath & Muswell Hill & just a 5 minute walk from East Finchley Tube, Northern Line, 24 hours at the weekend, 20 mins into town, or 10 to Camden.

Literally just off the high street with loads of great food, shops & pubs, and an easy bus to Brent Cross Shopping Centre (for that emergency Zara trip!)

There’s also a 24 hour pure gym a 10 minute walk away.

We have a massive loft with lots of storage space which you can use as well as a separate office & garden.
