I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me in a bright, spacious and peaceful flat, available from 1st May.
The flat is unusually large and full of natural light, something quite rare in London.
It’s set on a quiet cul-de-sac, with views on one side over the street and on the other onto a leafy garden, which makes it feel really peaceful.
The sunsets are a big bonus, and there’s also a generous balcony that’s perfect for eating outside or enjoying the sun.
The flat offers:
A large, comfortable living room — great for relaxing or having friends over
Fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, 2 ovens)
Good-sized bathroom with a bath
Plenty of storage, plus an additional storage room by the entrance

The flat is partly furnished, so there’s flexibility to add your own touch if you’d like.

The area is quiet, green and very safe, even at night. East Finchley tube station is about 10 minutes walk, there are bus connections just up the road, and plenty of green spaces nearby for walks.

A spacious, bright room overlooking the garden. It comes with a bed and wardrobe. (Other furniture in the photos belongs to the current tenant.)
There’s also a chest of drawers that my flatmate is selling for £40, if you are interested.
About me:
I’m friendly, respectful and pretty laid-back. I work in retail, so my schedule varies.
My young son stays with me a few days a week — he’s well-behaved and used to the flat, and we keep a calm, respectful home environment.
