Big and bright room in East Finchley!

Hi! I'm Caroline, 29yo and looking for a new flatmate to move in with me early August, as my current flatmate is moving out!

The flat has wooden floors, a small balcony, is very bright and is connected to a big shared garden at the back.
It's a quiet neighborhood, with the tube station within a 5min walking distance, plenty of shops, pubs and small restaurant within 5 to 10min walk.
The room itself comes unfurbished and few of the furniture in the living room will be gone as well. Don't hesitate if you want to bring something to the place!

To tell you a bit about myself, I'm French and I came to London two years ago for work. I'm passionate about what I do and never wfh. Other than that, I'm a crafty person, trying to make some dresses for the wedding season at the moment. I really enjoy cooking, and I like a nice and tidy place. I would also love to adopt a cat this year ;)
