2 Rooms Available In Lovely East Finchley House

Room 1

Hi!

We are two girls in our 20s looking for a fourth flatmate. Our two other housemates are moving out to live closer to their jobs so we have two lovely rooms available in our East Finchley house.

A bit about ourselves - one of us is working in marketing and works from home on a Monday and Friday. The other is currently finishing off her part-time Masters. Generally, we keep busy with work or studies so the flat is pretty calm. That said, we enjoy the occasional pub night, movie night (often horror!), or going to the cinema.

We are looking for someone who is easygoing, tidy and respectful. If you would like living in a relaxed household, drop us a message!

•⁠ ⁠15 minute walk to East Finchley tube station (Northern line - roughly 20 mins to get to Central London)
•⁠ ⁠Buses 263 to Holloway is right on the doorstep
•⁠ ⁠Quiet street in a safe neighbourhood
•⁠ ⁠Close to plenty of cafes and green spaces like Cherry Tree Wood and Highgate Wood

Move in date would be around 4th October, with potential for the bigger room to move in earlier if needed. We need to get back to the letting agency pretty soon, so would be looking to do views late next week if possible.

Rent not including bills which is roughly around £100
