I have a lovely, spacious double room available in a recently renovated two-bedroom ground floor flat, converted from a terrace house in East Finchley (N2). The flat has a front garden and a private rear garden with a BBQ, and you’ll be sharing the whole place with just me.

I’ve been living here for the past year and have really fallen in love with the area. East Finchley has lots of green spaces, as well as great cafés, restaurants and pubs. The flat is within walking distance of East Finchley Station (Northern Line, Zone 3), with Muswell Hill, Highgate and Hampstead all nearby.

I’m looking for a clean, friendly and respectful flatmate who enjoys living in a peaceful home and is considerate of shared spaces. I’m a PhD candidate at King’s College London and an affiliated researcher with an EU institution. I’m generally in the office 3–4 days a week, so the flat is also a good fit if you occasionally work from home.
