Double room in lovely 2-bed flat | East Finchley

I’m looking for someone lovely to share my soon to be new 2-bed flat in East Finchley with me and my very friendly Labradoodle, Etta 🐶

It’s in a lovely, quiet and private block that feels really safe, with communal gardens and free off-street parking. Around a 12-minute walk from East Finchley station, the flat is spacious with a separate living room and kitchen, plus a newly refurbished bathroom with a bath.

The room will be fully furnished with a double ottoman bed & mattress, wardrobe, bedside table, desk/dressing table and full-length mirror (not pictured yet.)

A little about me - I’m 30, a musician and also work remotely. I’m sociable and would love to live with someone I naturally get on with and can have a chat/drink with, but I also really value having our own lives and space. I’m clean and tidy and would like someone similar.

I think I’d probably gel best with someone with a fairly standard 9-5 who heads into work a few days a week. My own schedule is a bit unconventional - sometimes working from home and frequently out for gigs/work - so ideally we’d naturally have a nice balance where we get to hang out when we’re both home, but also both get to enjoy having the flat to ourselves sometimes!

Etta is 4, very friendly, well trained and non-shedding, so being happy living with a dog is a must!

This will be a live-in landlord/lodger arrangement, initially for 3 months so we can both make sure we’re happy living together, with the hope of extending longer-term afterwards. Ideally I’d love to find someone who wants to stay for a year+ if it’s a good fit.
