Double Bedroom

Hi, I'm Matt - 26, working in product marketing, looking for someone to share my two-bedroom flat in a quiet, leafy part of East Finchley (Zone 3, Northern Line).

My current flatmate is moving out at the end of September, so I have a large double room available from 1st October. It's actually the original living room, so it's a great size with plenty of natural light. Rent is £1,000pcm, all bills included.

The second room is currently used for storage rather than as a lounge, but I'd be keen to turn it into a proper shared living space for the right flatmate - happy to talk through what that could look like at a viewing.

The flat itself is comfortable and well-kept, with good transport links into central London.

I'm tidy, easygoing, and happy to be sociable, but equally respect everyone having their own space. Looking for someone similar: clean, considerate, good company, open to living with either a man or a woman.

Minimum stay 6 months, references appreciated. Happy to answer questions or arrange a viewing!
