Looking for:
Full‑time students only, ideally postgraduate / undergraduate.
Must be clean, respectful, quiet and long‑term tenant for 2‑year tenancy.
Bills: Rent does not include Wi‑Fi. Heating status to be confirmed. Council tax full exemption for full‑time students.
Move‑in: As soon as possible, target around 20th September.
