Very close to Highgate, one of the most desirable spots in London.

Both roms are very spacious (one of the is very big) and come with a bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelving unit.

There’s plenty of additional storage, which we can share equally or according to everyone’s needs. The flat has wooden flooring throughout, with tiles in the kitchen and bathroom, plus a balcony with a lovely view over the communal garden.

There’s a dishwasher and washer dryer, and WiFi is included. Other bills are extra.

The building has been recently refurbished and has a brand new lift.

Free parking also available for both rooms.

Single occupancy only, as there is one shared bathroom.

I’m an Italian professional and often out for work.

I keep the flat very clean and ask everyone to remove their shoes indoors.
I’m looking for clean, tidy and respectful flatmates.

Professionals who mainly work outside the home would be ideal, although I’m flexible and happy to talk with all applicants.
