Bright East Finchley/Highgate Double Room

We’re looking for a flatmate (girl or lgbtq+) to take over the 3rd room in the flat we have been living in for a few years now.

The flat is very well connected, with a bus stop right outside and the Northern line close by (8 mins from East Finchley station and 15 mins from Highgate station).

The flat is very bright with great views of London and lots of green spaces around. You would get to see beautiful sunsets from your room!!
We’ve also got a big living room and balcony.
Since the room is smaller than ours, you would get your own bathroom.
You can see scaffolding on the pictures but construction is over now!

You would be living with two girls: my flatmate/friend Ophelia and I.
We’re both about to turn 25 and met our first year of undergraduate at UCL.
I just finished a Masters and am looking for a job, whilst Ophelia has been working for around 2 years! I’m out a lot and Ophelia works from home 2/3 days a week.

We both like to watch films/series and eat with flatmates but really value our time alone. We love to go on walks and know the neighbourhood very well, so we can give you tips or show you around!
We have a wide range of hobbies: Ophelia knits and weaves (I knit once in a blue moon); we both like literature, learning languages, going to the cinema and trying new foods.
It would be great to have someone with some standards of cleanliness since I’ve had negative experiences in the past.
