Two homely double bedrooms in East Finchley

We’re looking to fill two double rooms in our lovely East Finchley flat. Our two other flatmates are flying the nest to travel the world (not to rub it in), so we especially encourage applications from the girlies and non binary room searchers to keep the good vibes going! Bills are around £180 each per month, which pretty ok when you consider how cheap the rent is... The house has a bright shared kitchen/living room, and a bathroom with a bath/shower.

The flat is less than a 10 min walk to East Finchley tube station which has the Northern Line, so you’re living only 20 minutes from the centre of London (Tottenham Court Road). The flat is on the High Street, so it's always lit when we come home late. We are also just a stone's throw away from Muswell Hill, Highgate, and Hampstead Heath. About 40 mins away from east London too - so we have the best of both worlds.

We are looking for someone ideally who doesn't work from home ALL the time, as there isn’t space for a desk in the bedrooms. We are both hybrid workers:)

We met last year when Fay moved into the flat. Both of us love living in London, playing imposter when we have ANYONE over, going to the cinema, charity shopping, music (extra points if you love Kylie) and watching Traitors or Love Island and shouting at the telly with a glass of wine. We want to find two people who are keen to be friends rather than co-existing in the flat.

Both bedrooms are snug but ideal for optimal cosiness. They share a big cupboard in the hallway cupboard for exclusive use.

Deposit: £615 not £600 for some reason Spareroom wasn’t happy when I put this in!
