Room available in lovely greenwich house

We have a spare room available in our home in SE10, Greenwich, sharing with me and my girlfriend.

Our friend is moving out after 4 years and we are now looking for a friendly, respectful and considerate housemate who enjoys a relaxed, sociable home.

We both work full time and are active in our workplace trade unions. We hope to find someone who we will get along with to share our lovely home.

We’re looking for someone who will be up for a chat, binge watching tv while also respecting each other’s privacy and routines.
About us
We’re an easy going couple who coo vegetarian, meals, live music and club nights, swimming exercising and football, exploring different parts of London.

We’d be particularly well suited to someone who is clean, considerate and enjoys a friendly home rather than simply a place to sleep.

Location and transport
The room is in SE10, Greenwich, close to Greenwich’s parks, the river, markets, museums, cafes and pubs

Closest transport links are:

Maze hill station click train toLondon Bridge.
Short bus to north Greenwich for jubilee line
15 min walk to Cutty Sark DLR, or short bus
Bus routes to SE London (Packham and new cross)

The room
Double bedroom.
Shared kitchen, bathroom, office space and living areas.

Available from: 01/12/26-11/12/26
Rent: £670 per month.
Bills: not included £50 council tax, £11 internet, around £50 for gas, electric and water
Deposit: to be confirmed but between £800-£900

Comes furnished but if you have your own bed please let us know and we will throw old furniture out.
