Single Lady Professionals or Female Students

There are two people living at the first floor occupying three rooms and there are two rooms (1 double/£700 and 1 master£850 including all bills) available for rent on the ground floor. Full time working professionals and students (female preferred) are welcome to occupy these separate rooms. Rooms are spacious and location is near high street accessing 24 hrs buses only two minutes away and 5-10 minutes of walk from Eastham tube station. Current occupiers are from Muslim background and looking for descent people who are clean, polite and friendly. No alcohol, cooking pork meat and pets. The rental amount mentioned are all included but negotiable upon personality and behaviour of the interested individuals. Please ask for more details.
