The room is for one person only, and guests are not allowed as this is a family home. You will be sharing the bathroom with four other people, all of whom are working professionals. The house is quiet and peaceful, and we kindly ask everyone to help maintain that atmosphere. Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
You will be responsible for keeping your own room clean. In addition, each housemate takes part in the weekly cleaning rota, which includes cleaning the bathroom, hallway, kitchen, kitchen bin, and stairs. After cooking, please make sure to clean the kitchen area and leave it tidy.
