I have a spare double room at a luxurious flat, near EXCEL, O2, Canary Wharf! This is a very modern and spacious flat in London with amazing skyline views (22nd Floor). The rent is £1305 per month and includes all bills apart from the council tax (£93.50 per person monthly), a private gym and a 24-hour concierge. You will have a large desk in your room and sole use of the bathroom. The rooms are over looking the canal and freshwater lake.

The flat has two bedrooms with comfortable double beds, two bathrooms (one of them will be yours), a large living room, an open kitchen and a balcony. The modern living room has sofas and a dining table. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, toaster and other appliances.

East India DLR station is right in front of the flat, next to Canary Wharf (15 min walk), 3 stops to Excel Centre, 15-30 mins by tube to major London attractions. The room is available by the end of May; however, I can be flexible with the move-in date from 12th May onwards if needed.

By the way, I am a landscape architect and friendly, outgoing/sociable, clean, tidy, responsible, and a good cook!! (I might cook for you sometimes ; ) I am happy to share an evening watching a film together and also respectful if you like alone time, working and relaxing.
