Spacious Double Room in E14 in 3BHK Flat

Hi there. We're 2 Indian females and we need a replacement for our 3rd flatmate. The house comes with 1 ensuite bedroom and 2 bedrooms with 1 shared bathroom, which is big and clean.

This room is the 3rd room, with the shared bathroom. It is the second biggest room in the house with 2 cupboards and 1 chest of drawers and bedside storage within the bed.

As flatmates, we're more of buddies and would require a flatmate who's willing to not just be a flatmate but also a friend to chill with!

The house is fully furnished with a shared living room and a balcony (and a TV too!)

Bills come to around £170 a month, per individual.

We generally tend to share our household chores and split it equally. Hence we'd require a flatmate who's clean and respects space.

We would love to have someone on board who's okay with the above.

Sainsbury Local at 1 min walk, under the building
