- Double room with ensuite available from 4th Jan 2026 (flexible, happy to discuss) at Aberfeldy Village

- Room overlooks balcony
- On-site gym and concierge + bike storage available
- 7 min walk to East India DLR station
- 15 min walk to Canning Town station (Jubilee line)
- 20/25 min walk to Canary Wharf, 15 min to Bank on DLR
- Close to stores like Co-Op, Morrison’s, Nisa
- Bills aren’t included. Council Tax, electricity and internet are currently around £100 per month each. Water is approximately £350 for 6 months, and heating is roughly £50–£100 every 3 months depending on the season.
As the room is only available for 2 months, the water and heating costs will be calculated separately based on the length of the stay, so you’ll only pay your share for the time you’re here.

ABOUT YOU:
- Open to professionals (roughly late 20s, early 30s)
- Preferably someone going into the office a few times a week
- Someone clean!

ABOUT ME
- I am 30, I’m half-Thai and English and grew up in Hong Kong.
- I work in Formula 1, I am in the office 3 days a week and often on week long work trips
- I love a yap, a glass of wine, night out or equally a chilled night in with a nice home cooked meal and rom com.
- I am a live in landlord but I am very easy going and hope that you feel as at home in this flat as I do!
