Double room in East India - council tax band E

I have a furnished double room available to rent less than a 5 minute walk away from East India DLR station. The bedroom itself has a view of Canary Wharf and the balcony looks over the Thames and O2. It's a peaceful area with lovely natural spaces nearby. The property contains two bathrooms, a kitchen and living room. I prefer a relaxed atmosphere and clean living space, lodgers will be expected to maintain the cleanliness of their room as well as the spaces they use. Ideally looking for someone who is friendly, considerate, and tidy. Council tax and wifi are included, energy is included unless usage is extremely high, in which case a contribution will need to be made towards that.
