You’ll be sharing the flat with three professional flatmates — two women and one man. The atmosphere is friendly, relaxed and respectful. Everyone has their own life and privacy, but there’s still a genuinely warm and welcoming feeling at home.

📄 Direct Agreement with the Landlord
You’ll have your own tenancy agreement directly with the landlord, rather than renting or subletting the room from me.
