Room available near Canary Wharf – £875 per month

Hey everyone!

I’m looking for a new flatmate to join our flat near Canary Wharf. The rent is £875 per month, excluding bills, Council Bandwith B, and the room is available to move into immediately.

The location is really convenient, with Westferry DLR just a 2-minute walk away and Canary Wharf station around 12 minutes on foot. There are bus stops nearby too, so getting around is pretty easy. 2-5 mins for local groceries, like Tesco, lidl or local shops

The flat is furnished and has a nice, spacious hallway, an open kitchen and a big bathroom with a bathtub, which will be shared with just one other tenant. There’s also a balcony, accessible through the other tenant’s room, which we can use when we’re hanging out together.

A little about us: we’re both working professionals and like keeping the flat comfortable and easygoing. We’re looking for someone friendly, tidy and respectful who would enjoy sharing a home rather than just a space.

We’ve got a TV and PlayStation too, so if you’re into FIFA or any other games, that’s always a bonus! And if you’re not, no worries at all.

The room is available immediately, with a £900 security deposit.
