Beautiful Room in Stylish East Putney Apartment with Swimming Pool

We have a lovely room available in our recently renovated apartment in East Putney, ideally located just a three-minute walk from the tube station and Waitrose.

The apartment is contemporary, spacious and comfortable, with just a few finishing touches left to complete the renovation. We’re really pleased with how it’s coming together and are looking for someone who will enjoy making it their home too.

I live here with my partner and one other housemate. We’re all professionals with busy working lives. I work in Chelsea, my partner works in finance, and our other housemate also works long hours.

We’re hoping to find a friendly, considerate and gay-friendly professional who appreciates a relaxed, welcoming home and a good balance between socialising and personal space.

During the week, life here is generally pretty quiet. We all have early starts and busy schedules, so evenings tend to be fairly low-key. That said, we’re a sociable household, and when we do find ourselves at home together, we enjoy catching up over dinner, a drink or a good conversation.

One of the real perks of the apartment is the outdoor swimming pool within our development, which is particularly lovely during the warmer months.

We also enjoy keeping fit and living relatively healthily, although we’re certainly not obsessive about it!

Above all, we’d like to find someone easy-going, independent and respectful, who enjoys a lovely home environment without feeling the need to live in each other’s pockets.

It’s a friendly, comfortable household where everyone has their own life, but there’s always room for a bit of company when the mood takes us.
