The flat is in a listed building designed by a prominent architect. Bright and airy with large sash windows for the vitamin D blast.

Room available now as my friend/flatmate is moving home to India.

Transport options:

Closest tube station is East putney (zone 2) or Southfields (zone 3), both about 15 min walk away and on the District (green) line.

There is a bus outside that goes to Wandsworth/Clapham Junction/Battersea/Chelsea/Victoria. A train from Clapham Junction can then get to Waterloo.

Built in double wardrobes measures approx. 1.65m wide x 0.5m deep (For comparison, single IKEA PAX is 0.6m wide x 0.5m deep).

The two bedrooms are separated by the bathroom. The bathroom and bedroom is separated by the built-in wardrobe.

Double bed with an eve memory foam mattress.

Bathroom is shared with me only.

I spend most of my free time doing some sort of exercise, generally during an extended lunch break or after work near the office. Tennis, Squash and most recently started bouldering and plan to start trail running. Summer time I also like to head out for some hiking/camping or cycling when the weather is good. Would be keen to do any of the above with you should you decide to join. Gf stays over every so often (train strikes) and some weekends when we go away somewhere hiking/camping etc.
Weekdays, I come home late either from working later or doing exercise/eating out and like to relax and unwind. I'm pretty chilled, like to keep things clean and tidy, although not obsessively. Cleanliness is important to me and I will clean up after myself in communal areas for you to use. Looking for someone similar. Robot vacuum does a good job with the floor.

I met one of my best friends through a flat share and would be great for a repeat. Having a good flat environment is the most important thing to me... along with vitamin D and exercising.

Bills come to around £120/month.
