Large, bright and airy, fully-furnished bedroom with a king size bed, and spacious built-in wardrobes! The room gets tons of light and opens onto one of two roof terraces, with plenty of space to work from home.

The rest of the flat is also very spacious, split onto 2 levels, with 2 bedrooms in total. The whole place is in great condition - we have a really cute roof terrace on the top floor, and a large open plan kitchen / living room. Bedrooms are located on lower floor, each with plenty of privacy. There is a shared bathroom with WC and shower over the bath and storage and this also located on lower floor with easy access from the bedrooms.

In terms of location the flat is in a really safe, quiet and leafy residential area, less than 5 mins from East Putney tube station, and 10 mins from Putney Train station. There is also a bus stop a 30 second walk from the building for the 337 and 37 buses, heading over towards Clapham.

I am looking for someone who is friendly, clean and considerate to take over the room (working female professionals preferred).
