Various cafés, restaurants, shops, bars, pubs, gyms in the area. Very close to Wadsworth Park five minute walk to the river excellent links to the city.
Renovated south facing Edwardian house and the bedroom is a double bedroom with two big windows which lets in lots of light
I am a live in landlord and own the property but likely will be working away majority of the time so the house will be yours
