Bright and spacious room in East Putney

Hiya

We are looking for a 3rd person to live with us in our 3 bedroom flat in East Putney.

The room is a very good size double, partly furnished- bed, mattress, chest of drawers, shelving unit, wardrobe and plenty of build in storage inside the room :) There's also a lovely communcal garden we use in the summer. It's a quite and safe area, Ive been here for few years now

Landlord is very chilled, and honestly very responsive when we need him
bills coming to 150

Shared bathroom and kitchen! Kitchen has everything your mind desires as - think everything to make coffee, delicious meals and brownies hehe

There are at least 8 gyms within 5-25 walking distances and obviously thames pathway 20 mins walk.

I work hybrid, in office maybe once/weekly, the other flatmate may occasionally work from her room but seldom really. We are looking for professional who is able to pay rent and deposit upon moving in
