Room to rent in East Putney (bills included)

Hiya

We are looking for a 3rd person to live with us in our 3 bedroom flat in East Putney.
Move in flexible but ideally by 6th May as we had a last minute drop out.

The room is a very good size double, furnished :) There's also a lovely communcal garden we use in the summer. It's a quite and safe area, Ive been here for few years now

Landlord is very chilled, and honestly very responsive when we need him
Rent is 730 with bills coming to 150 so 880 all together - deposit is 750 and is paid to the outgoing tenant :)

Shared bathroom and kitchen! Kitchen has everything your mind desires as - think everything to make coffee, delicious meals and brownies hehe

There are at least 8 gyms within 5-25 walking distances and obviously thames pathway 20 mins walk.

I work hybrid, in office maybe once/weekly, the other flatmate may occasionally work from her room but seldom really. We are looking for professional who is able to pay rent and deposit upon moving in
