We are looking to replace one of the housemates who is sadly moving out in July.
The flat is on the fifth floor of a 1950’s apartment block 200m from East Putney District Line station. It has a spacious living room with a balcony and has a shared kitchen. The building has a shared garden and secure bike storage.
Bills currently come to approximately £75 per person per month. We currently pool our streaming service subscriptions.

You would be sharing with Henry and George, two civil servants at the Department for Energy. We both cycle and enjoy going to the pub.
There is some flexibility on the moving date, but the new contract will begin on 22 July.
