Double room available

Hey,

I am moving out and looking for someone to replace me for a double room in East Putney. The room is mainly unfurnished (apart from one set of drawers) although I am happy to sell the bed, mattress, large drawers and TV (for £150). I purchased these brand new when I moved in last year. There would be room for a desk if you WFH. There is a shower room opposite the room which you mostly have to yourself (the other three girls mainly use the bathroom). There is a shared kitchen and living room and we also have a garden!

The house is a 10 minute walk from Putney train station and 15 mins from East Putney tube station. You also have a bus stop about 3 mins away that takes you to Kingston, Clapham and Wimbledon. Also a 10-15 mins walk from Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, M&S and Lidl. Also 15 mins from PureGym.

Your new future housemates are between 28-35 and are a mix of WFH and working on site. There is a cleaning rota and the rent includes all bills including cleaning supplies / loo roll etc.

We are renting directly from the landlord and he is super friendly! Move in date to be confirmed but most likely to be around 27-30 July! Can be flexible. Rent comes out on the 5th of each month.
