Hi everyone!

We’re looking for a third roommate to join us in our new flat in East Putney.

We’ll be moving in on 17 July and the flat is located on Evenwood Close, a quiet residential area just a 5-minute walk from East Putney station.

Your future flatmates will be Johann (me) and Mike. We’re both in our mid-20s and work at Deloitte. We’re easy-going, sociable, and looking to make this place feel like a home rather than just somewhere to stay. We’d love to find someone who enjoys life, is considerate and tidy, and is keen to become good mates.

The flat has:

- 3 bedrooms
- Kitchen
- A spacious living room
- Bathroom plus an additional WC

The available room is a single bedroom measuring approximately 3m x 2.15m (send me a msg for the photos)

Rent is £700 per month, excluding bills. The property falls under Wandsworth Council, which means council tax is relatively low.
