My flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend and I'm looking to fill her room for September! Reposting to widen the search.

Move in date: 5th Sept, but flexible up to a week earlier.

This is a 2-bedroom flat, living with me, Sequoia, a 32 year old American. I work hybrid as a researcher, and I'm looking for a fellow professional who is 26-40. I'd love someone who is looking to make this their home!

The flat is in a residential, leafy part of Putney that always feels very safe. Closest tube is East Putney station (District line, 12-15 minute walk), and there is also the Overground (Putney, 15 min walk). Very well connected by bus and close to many parks.

Permit parking is available on the street outside the flat. We have our own private front garden.
